Jurnal Ilmiah Kebijakan Hukum (JIKH) is a scientific publication containing research results, legal studies, scholarly discourse, and articles in the field of legal policy. JIKH is published by the Badan Strategi Kebijakan Hukum, under the Kementerian Hukum Republik Indonesia. This journal has received a SINTA-2 ranking from the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) - Indonesia.

The focus of JIKH is themed legal policy (in Indonesia) which can be derived from the results of research, studies, and legal reviews.

The scope of JIKH includes but is not limited to the field:

  1. Correctional policy;
  2. Immigration policy;
  3. Policy legislation;
  4. Intellectual property Policy: Copyright, industrial design, patents, integrated circuit layout design, trade secrets, brands and geographical indications;
  5. General Law administration policy: civil (legal entities, fiduciaries, Heritage, State curators, and notariats); criminal (criminal law services and clemency, PPNS, and dactyloscopy); state administration (citizenship and political parties); central authorities and international law (mutual assistance in criminal matters, extradition, transfer of prisoners, and international law);
  6. National legal development policy: legal planning, legal counseling, and legal aid;
  7. Administration policy, supervision, and Human Resources Development in the field of law.
